Vitreous enamel is widely used for storage silos and tanks in industry, utility supply and treatment facilities and in agriculture as it guarantees total cleanliness and hygiene, excellent protection against corrosion and abrasion, resistance to fire and attack by acid and polluting substances.

Food and water are easily stored in enamelled silos and tanks as vitreous enamel is chemically inert, prevents bacterial growth and is hygienic.
